Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shift, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using electronic charting systems.
• Assist in patient assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Work efficiently within hospital protocols and accommodate floating between units when necessary.
• Comply with all regulations, including COVID-19 safety protocols, and work at least two major holidays as required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid California occupational therapy license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent outpatient OT experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain compliance with hospital and state regulations.
• Willingness to work the designated shift schedule and holiday requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in acute care hospital settings.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records, specifically Epic.
• Ability to float between units such as inpatient floors and rehabilitation units.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
