• Travel, Full-time, 13-week assignment, Days shift, 8.5 hours per shift, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide radiation therapy treatments to patients in a hospital oncology setting.
• Operate advanced equipment such as TrueBeam linear accelerators, GE CT Sim, and Elekta HDR.
• Follow treatment plans and ensure accurate delivery of therapies, including VMAT, SBRT, and DIBH procedures.
• Document patient treatments and progress in the ARIA system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and physicists.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort while adhering to hospital policies and protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating TrueBeam linear accelerators.
• Experience with Align RT (Vision RT) surface guidance technology.
• Proficiency with ARIA documentation and scheduling systems.
• Certification in radiation therapy from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Valid radiation therapy license or certification in Virginia (or eligible).
• Ability to perform DIBH procedures, VMAT, and SBRT.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital setting with high patient volumes (~45-55 patients/day).
• Knowledge of advanced radiation therapy techniques and new equipment technology.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
