- Full-time, travel position, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures on patients, including head, chest, abdomen, and pelvis scans, with and without contrast
- Operate CT imaging equipment accurately and safely in accordance with hospital protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care and accurate imaging results
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines, including proper dress code (scrubs: navy)
- Maintain current certifications and licenses required for the role
- Document procedures and patient information accurately
Required Qualifications
- Certified CT technologist with current VA license
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a hospital setting
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts, 3 days per week (Saturday to Monday, 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 2–3 years of experience performing CT scans in a hospital environment
- Experience administering IVs during procedures
