Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans
- Assess patient needs and develop customized rehabilitation programs
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Proven experience in physical therapy, preferably in a clinical setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
- Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and equipment
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
