Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and manage various therapeutic procedures.
• Support patient recovery processes, including wound care, mobility assistance, and medication management.
• Document patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection prevention, and isolation protocols.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse license (pending acceptable).
• At least 1 year of acute inpatient experience.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS.
• EPIC charting experience required.
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with rehabilitation units or medical-surgical floors.
• Knowledge of assistive devices, mobilization techniques, and wound care.
• Experience with blood glucose monitoring, feeding devices, IV start, and medication management.
• Familiarity with trauma, stroke, neuro, ortho, and cardiac patient care.
