• Full-time, Nights, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy care to patients in a hospital setting, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and hospital policies
• Collaborate with medical staff to deliver patient-centered respiratory care
• Complete online training modules prior to start to ensure proper clearance and orientation
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and procedures
• Follow all facility policies regarding safety, drug screening, and nicotine-free environment

Required Qualifications

• Ohio RRT license in hand
• NBRC and AHA BLS certifications active and in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Active certifications; no pending licenses or certifications
• Must pass a 10 Panel + Nicotine drug screen within 12 months of start date and annually thereafter

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital setting, preferably within Cleveland Clinic facilities
• Ability to float between different units as needed
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
