Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts (7pm-7am), rotating days of the week, including on-call shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate end-of-life care in a hospice setting, ensuring physical, emotional, social, and spiritual support for patients and families
• Assess patient needs, manage symptoms, and develop personalized care plans
• Educate and support patients and caregivers in understanding goals of care and symptom management
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive hospice services
• Participate in rotating on-call, holiday, and weekend duty to ensure continuous patient care

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years acute care experience in medical/surgical, ICU, ER, or similar setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to participate in flexible schedule rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Hospice care experience is highly preferred
• Experience with symptom management and end-of-life care principles
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
