Therapist - Physical Therapist

Location: Apple Valley, CA

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days (5x8 hours, Monday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient pediatric physical therapy services to infants and children.
• Conduct therapy sessions within scheduled hours, typically between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Assess, plan, and implement therapy programs for pediatric patients, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.
• Maintain documentation in Epic and ensure compliance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Participate in holiday coverage and floating responsibilities across the facility as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid California Physical Therapist license (no temporary licenses accepted).
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient pediatric therapy experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and participate in holiday coverage.
• Willingness to float within a 50-mile radius of the facility.
• Must be fully vaccinated and comply with facility policies.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Infant population therapy experience.
• Prior hospital outpatient pediatric experience.
• Experience working with Epic electronic charting.
