Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized speech-language pathology services to patients at a skilled nursing facility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient communication and swallowing needs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Assist in meeting center-specific therapy goals and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Demonstrated experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with elderly or geriatric populations.
• Familiarity with documentation and compliance standards in SNFs.
