- Full-time, weekday shifts with flexibility, 35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Collaborate with clinical team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Document patient assessments and treatment outcomes accurately
Required Qualifications
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
- Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and patient care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and handle a varied caseload
- BLS certification (preferred)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a SNF or long-term care environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Ability to adapt treatment plans to diverse patient needs

Note: Compensation includes a 10% salary placement fee. Salary range: $44/hr - $55/hr. The shift includes 8.5-hour workdays.
