Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services to patients with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient needs
- Track and document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (or relevant certification)
- Experience in speech-language pathology preferred
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of current speech therapy techniques and best practices
