Job Title

• Radiologic Technologist (X-ray/Radiology Tech)

Location

• Columbus, OH

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 4x10-hour shifts, Day shift, second shift starting at 10 am or 11 am, with call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide C-arm and O-arm coverage in the Operating Room environment
• Perform X-ray procedures for surgical interventions
• Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain equipment functionality and adhere to safety protocols
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry advancements

Required Qualifications

• Valid ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Level I Trauma or teaching hospital
• Proficiency with C-arm and O-arm systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient, inpatient, operating room, or trauma center settings
• Background in surgical imaging procedures
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-acuity environments

Travel / Credentialing Requirements

• Strict compliance with Ohio fingerprinting process; candidates must complete fingerprinting immediately upon signing
• Candidates outside Ohio within driving distance must visit a fingerprinting location promptly, or will receive a mailing for urgent completion
• Must have at least one managerial or supervisory reference
• RTO required with submission, to be built into contract
• Ohio license required for RNs; MRI techs may submit without Ohio license
• ACEN or CCNE accredited education program required
