Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide age-specific, direct patient care in the Emergency Room setting.
• Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Follow departmental and specialty-specific standards of patient care.
• Take on leadership responsibilities, including delegation to other staff members.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, laws, and policies governing healthcare.
• Maintain current certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC); courses must be completed prior to assignment start or scheduled at orientation.

Required Qualifications
• Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications.
• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 12 hours per shift, with experience in emergency or acute care preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior ER or trauma experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and delegation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
