Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech language therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans
- Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid state-issued Speech Language Pathologist license or certification
- Relevant Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Proven experience in speech and language therapy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Bilingual abilities a plus
