Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients according to treatment plans
- Assess patient conditions and develop personalized therapy programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
- Document patient treatments and progress accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current license as a Physical Therapist
- State-specific licensure and certification in physical therapy
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in outpatient or acute care settings
- Familiarity with therapy equipment and documentation software
