Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse inpatient population with surgical, neuro, trauma, and orthopedic conditions.
• Monitor and document patient status, administer medications, and implement care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital policies, treatment protocols, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical RN role.
• Valid Nursys license verification.
• Current certification in basic life support (BLS).
• Epic EMR system experience is required.
• Ability to provide a work history/resume with no gaps greater than 60 days and submit a skills checklist, references, and certification card.
• Upload demographic information, including a badge-appropriate photo.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for spinal, neuro, trauma, gunshot wound, quadriplegic, and paraplegic patient populations.
• Knowledge of patient population with complex surgical and trauma conditions.
