Job Title

• Full-time, 4 days per week, day shifts, 8-hour shifts, ASAP start

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
• Support licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team.
• Assist with patient mobility and exercises to promote recovery.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid PTA license or certification.
• Experience working in SNF, AL, or IL settings preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work 8-hour daytime shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with therapy in skilled nursing or assisted living environments.
• Familiarity with documentation and electronic health records systems.
