Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic echocardiography examinations to produce detailed images of patients' hearts.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results and assist in diagnosis.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the ultrasound procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all performed exams and findings.
• Stay current with imaging techniques and technological advancements in echocardiography.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Ultrasound program.
• ARDMS-registered or registry-eligible in Adult Echo.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to cardiac imaging.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively explain procedures and collaborate with medical staff.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented healthcare environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with abdominal, OB/GYN, breast, and vascular imaging.
• Minimum of one (1) year of echocardiography exam experience.
• Prior experience working in a rural hospital setting.
