Key Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostic mammography procedures, including screening, diagnostic, stereotactic breast biopsy, and needle localization.
• Conduct quality control and maintain equipment to ensure optimal imaging results.
• Accurately document patient procedures and maintain comprehensive patient records.
• Provide patient care in accordance with age-specific needs and department policies.
• Assist with ultrasound procedures, invasive interventions, and verify proper imaging protocol compliance.
• Contribute to departmental quality assurance, continuing education, and accreditation efforts.

Required Qualifications
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography OR current ARDMS certification in Abdomen or OB/GYN.
• BLS certification within 45 days of hire.
• Clinical competency demonstrated within the first three months and every three years thereafter.
• Ability to perform all diagnostic imaging exams related to assigned modality.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and patient care protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience performing mammography, ultrasound, and other advanced imaging modalities (CT, MRI).
• RDMS certification in relevant specialties (Abdomen, OB/GYN).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
