Job Title

• Tech - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

• Janesville, WI

Schedule / Job Type

• Day shifts, 1-2 call shifts per week, 1 weekend per month

Key Responsibilities

• Verify package integrity and expiration dates on all sterile supplies
• Prepare patient and equipment for procedures using sterile technique
• Prepare equipment and supplies for sterilization after procedures
• Monitor and record procedural data, maintaining event logs
• Ensure patient comfort and prepare access sites, including sterile draping
• Utilize sterile and aseptic techniques during procedures to prevent infection
• Advocate for radiation safety, wear dosimeters, and minimize exposure
• Document fluoroscopy time and radiation doses, evaluate safety reports

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiology program
• ARRT(R) certification required
• BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in cath lab or electrophysiology procedures
• Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and equipment
• Strong attention to sterile technique and infection control
