Key Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic imaging services utilizing CT modalities, ensuring accurate image acquisition and patient safety.
• Review and verify exam orders, explain procedures to patients, and obtain informed consent.
• Operate CT equipment following manufacturer guidelines and department protocols; troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in electronic health records, including billing and supplies documentation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards, including ALARA principles.
• Flexibly assist with other imaging modalities, departmental duties, or scheduling needs as required.
• Assist with clerical tasks, patient transport, and inventory management as needed.
• Keep current with required certifications and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• ARRT registration in Radiology (R).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience as a Radiologic Technologist, specifically in CT.
• Cross-training in additional modalities such as MRI, X-ray, or Mammography.
• Experience with electronic record systems, including PACS and RIS/HIS.
