- Full-time, day shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Set up Braun dialysis machines and prepare them for patient procedures
- Access patients, connect and disconnect patients from dialysis equipment
- Monitor vital signs throughout treatment
- Perform Epic charting and documentation of procedures
- Provide general dialysis duties, including equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
- Float to other units or nearby clinics as needed (knowledge of multiple locations preferred)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months dialysis experience
- Active BLS certification (AHA)
- Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) or Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT)
- 2 years outpatient/chronic dialysis experience
- Ability to obtain MN Net Study within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
- Experience with Braun dialysis machines and CritLine monitoring equipment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Braun dialysis machines
- Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system
- Experience working in clinics with similar patient-to-nurse ratios
