Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in various settings
- Assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and wellness programs
- Document patient treatments and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey
- Proven experience in physical therapy, preferably in outpatient or acute care settings
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills are a plus
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
