Key Responsibilities
• Assist in surgical procedures within the operating room, ensuring a sterile environment.
• Prepare surgical instruments and supplies, and pass them to surgeons during operations.
• Support orthopedic (total joints), neuro, and robotic surgeries, including procedures with DaVinci Robot.
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs as required.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license or pending license accepted (approval within 10-12 weeks).
• BLS certification required; NCCT or NBSTSA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Tech.
• Previous experience with orthopedics (total joints), neuro, and robotic surgeries.
• Proficiency in Epic charting system.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in Level I trauma and acute hospital settings.
• Knowledge of neuro, trauma, bariatrics, pediatrics, robotic GYN, and general laparoscopic surgeries.
• Ability to work nights (3x12-hour shifts) and handle high-acuity cases.
