Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, day shifts, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift, day hours

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients following physician prescriptions and treatment plans
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely, including necessary direct communication with ATI prior to assignment
• Ensure compliance with licensing and facility policies during patient care
• Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and dress code as provided on the first day
• Maintain professional and compassionate patient interactions

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Alabama
• Prior experience in setting and delivering physical therapy treatments
• Ability to complete documentation requirements for ATI and meet credentialing standards
• Equipment provided during interview

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Familiarity with credentialing processes
• Previous work history with ATI as a traveler or permanent staff is a plus (must be separated for at least one year if previously employed there)
