- 8-week assignment scheduled to start on 12/22/2025
Key Responsibilities
- Provide surgical technologist support in a busy operating room setting, assisting with procedures and maintaining sterile environments.
- Prepare supplies and equipment for a variety of surgical procedures including total joints, spine, transplants, robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient and safe surgeries.
- Follow unit policies and guidelines to maintain compliance and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records (Meditech).
Required Qualifications
- NBSTSA certification and state licensure in Colorado
- DORA certification
- 3+ years of surgical technologist experience
- Experience with the procedures performed on unit(s)
- Ability to work 12-hour days, with willingness to participate in call shifts (night and weekends)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with robotics and transplant procedures
- Familiarity with new equipment or advanced technology in surgical settings
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, high-volume OR environment
