Key Responsibilities

• Manage outpatient orthopedic therapy services for diverse patient populations.
• Provide patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver appropriate therapy interventions.
• Work independently with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize clinic efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and document patient progress accurately.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience working in outpatient orthopedics preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full patient caseload.
• Good communication and patient care skills.
• Willingness to accept OT hours with prior approval.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• Recent graduates or those new to travel therapy encouraged to apply.
• Flexibility to float to different clinics as needed.
