Therapist - Respiratory Therapist

Schedule / Job Type:

Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy services in a hospital setting, including night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Collaborate with healthcare team and ensure compliance with facility protocols
• Complete necessary training modules prior to start date
• Maintain active certifications and adhere to all licensing and credentialing requirements
• Participate in floating or additional shifts as needed, including weekends

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio RRT license (required at time of submission)
• Active NBRC certification (CRT or RRT)
• AHA BLS certification (must be current and in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy
• Two references from recent managers, supervisors, or directors within the past 12 months
• Active certifications with nothing pending
• Must be nicotine-free (negative drug screen including nicotine) within the past 12 months

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a hospital environment, preferably with Cleveland Clinic facilities
• Ability to complete required online training modules before start
• Flexibility to float between facilities as needed
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with healthcare team and compliance requirements
