Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for ICU patients, including those in cardiogenic shock programs.
• Monitor and document patient status using telemetry and advanced hemodynamic techniques.
• Perform invasive procedures such as central line and swan insertion, intubations, and other critical care interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Meditech system.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of critical care or ICU experience.
• Strong experience with cardiac patients and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS.
• Experience with PA catheter, IABP, Impella, and CRRT is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an ICU with advanced cardiac cases.
• Knowledge of cardiogenic shock management.
• Comfortable performing invasive procedures and managing complex patient needs.
