• LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location
• Omaha, NE
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and documentation
• Follow facility protocols and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
• Previous experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities is preferred
• Ability to work night shifts with a flexible schedule
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a SNF or LTC setting
• Certifications such as CPR and First Aid
• Ability to handle multiple residents and prioritize care effectively
