Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
- Perform procedures such as vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and antepartum care.
- Monitor fetal well-being using GE fetal monitors and EMR systems.
- Ensure patient safety with one-on-one labor support and appropriate postpartum care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation in medical records and ensure compliance with hospital standards.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of labor and delivery nursing experience.
- Valid BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification.
- Ability to work night shifts and weekend rotations.
- Experience with high-volume LDRP units preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 2+ years of labor and delivery experience in high-volume settings.
- Previous experience in LDRP units with diverse obstetric cases.
- Strong documentation and patient care skills.
