Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, Nights shift, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and procedures including ventilator management and airway clearance
• Assist with intubations, ABG collection and analysis, and bronchodilator therapy
• Monitor and assess patient respiratory status and respond to code blue emergencies
• Manage high flow oxygen therapy and trach care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-acuity patient care in the ICU setting
• Document care using Meditech system

Required Qualifications
• Valid RRT or CRT credential
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU respiratory therapy experience
• Proficiency with Drager ventilators, Phillips V60, Vapotherm, and Metaneb equipment
• Ability to perform procedures such as ABG analysis, airway management, and high flow oxygen therapy

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a Level III or Level IV ICU environment
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills

• Worksite: Nashville, TN, at a leading hospital with 741 beds
• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3 shifts per week
• Uniform: Black, Gray, or Raspberry scrubs
• Clock-in: 6:38 or 18:38; clock-out: 7:15 or 19:15
• No float policy; unit uses Meditech documentation system
