Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services for a pelvic patient population.
• Treat patients independently, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, averaging 12-14 patients per day.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to meet patient care demands.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure treatment plans align with patient needs and clinic standards.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with all applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid State Physical Therapist license.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with at least 36 hours guaranteed.
• Prior outpatient or pelvic therapy experience is a plus.
• Must be approved by the director before working any OT hours beyond scheduled shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient clinics.
• Pelvic therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload efficiently.
