Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies or changes in status.
- Document patient care accurately and promptly.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active compact RN license at the time of submission.
- Minimum of 2 years of hospital-based medical-surgical nursing experience.
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Successful completion of a travel health screening and compliance checks.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and workflows.
