Key Responsibilities
- Provide bedside nursing care to medical surgical patients in a hospital setting
- Monitor patient condition and administer medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid active compact RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, specifically Medical Surgical
- Ability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
