Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general patient population with orthopedic needs
• See approximately 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with a guarantee of 36 hours and prior approval required for additional hours
• Maintain a productivity of 60 visits per week
• Collaborate with clinical team and adhere to treatment plans

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington State
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work day shifts on a full-time schedule
• Must be able to double-book follow-up visits and manage a busy caseload

Preferred Experience / Skills
• New grads considered, though outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred
• Willingness to float between clinics and adapt to different clinical settings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
