• Monitor patient status and support healthcare professionals as needed.
• Follow safety and compliance standards in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Required Qualifications

• Certifications relevant to surgical technology (e.g., CST, Certified Surgical Technologist).
• Ability to work night shifts and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to sterile techniques.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with medical staff.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a hospital surgical department.
• Familiarity with various surgical procedures and instrumentation.
• Ability to prioritize in emergency situations.
