Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical
Location: Mauston, WI
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in a medical/surgical setting, ensuring individualized patient care.
• Assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate patient treatment and interventions.
• Monitor patient conditions, respond to life-threatening situations, and communicate changes to providers.
• Administer medications, including IV therapy, with accuracy and safety.
• Educate patients and their families on health needs and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care.
  Required Qualifications:
• Associates degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Valid Wisconsin Registered Nursing license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to care for multiple patients safely.
  Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience in a medical/surgical or acute care environment.
• Knowledge of disease processes, treatments, and specimen handling.
