Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to performance expectations to ensure contract continuity.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapist license within the state of Nebraska.
• American Heart Association’s BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required upon hire.
• Strong desire to improve clinical skills and develop expertise in specific practice areas.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
