Schedule / Job Type
- Nights, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized critical care to ICU patients in a Level II trauma center.
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Float to other units, including Medical/Surgical, as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Current CA RN license.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Prior traveler or float experience in a hospital setting.
- Proficiency in EPIC charting or similar electronic medical record systems.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a Level II trauma center.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
