Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to home health patients within a 60-mile radius.
• Conduct 5-6 patient visits per day, focusing on personalized care.
• Utilize NetSmart software for documentation and patient management.
• Supervise one Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
• Train new graduates and support their integration into the clinical environment.
• Maintain productivity expectations of 95%.
• Guarantee a minimum of 36-40 hours per week depending on shift length.
• Travel within the local area, with mileage and drive time billable.

Required Qualifications
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience with home health settings preferred.
• Ability to supervise a COTA.
• Proficiency with NetSmart software.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working with adult populations in home health.
• Familiarity with working within a 60-mile driving radius.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
