• Full-time, Days, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy to a diverse patient population
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week
• See an average of 12-14 patients daily, with follow-up visits double-booked as needed
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Ensure documentation and progress notes are accurately maintained
• Guarantee 36 hours per week with working hours up to 40, with OT approved by the director when applicable

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license for the state of Washington
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload efficiently

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus
• New grads are welcome to apply
