Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts (3x12)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation nursing care to adult patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Document care and interventions accurately in electronic health records.
• Float within scope to other units as needed to support hospital operations.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and infection control.

Required Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Maryland.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a rehabilitation or inpatient setting.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekend rotations.
• Willingness to be on-call as required.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system.
• Familiarity with inpatient rehab unit workflows.
• Prior experience working in a hospital or similar healthcare environment.
