Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients in a community hospital setting.
• Assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and monitor vital signs using EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Float within scope as needed to support various units within the hospital.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including the natural nail policy and required background checks.
• Complete assigned modules during orientation to ensure compliance and proficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Valid VA or compact state RN license in hand at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 1 year ICU RN experience.
• EPIC charting experience is mandatory.
• Ability to pass background checks including fingerprinting (average turnaround 15-20 business days).
• Willingness to work night shifts and support float responsibilities.
• Must provide references upon request.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• BSN degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a community hospital ICU setting.
• Familiarity with Virginia or compact state licensing requirements.
