Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency.
• Ensure all therapy sessions adhere to clinic and industry standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain patient documentation and progress notes in compliance with policies.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work full days with 8-hour shifts.
• Willingness to float to other clinics within the network as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Recent graduates or those new to the profession are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with patient volumes of 12-14 patients per day.
• Ability to double-book follow-up visits.
