Key Responsibilities
- Provide critical care and rapid response services in an ICU setting.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, ventilators, and other advanced medical equipment.
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record system.
- Support patient safety and comfort during high-acuity care.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license.
- ACLS and BLS certifications.
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
- Experience in critical care or ICU nursing preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with cardiac monitoring, ventilators, IV pumps, and specialized ICU equipment.
- Ability to manage patient ratios of 1 RN to 2 patients.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
