• 3 shifts per week, Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care during shift management for a medical-surgical unit.
• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Maintain and utilize Electronic Medical Records effectively to document patient information accurately.
• Evaluate and sustain competence in caring for patients across various age groups and conditions.
• Promote a collaborative environment by communicating clearly with patients, families, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards during patient care activities.

Required Qualifications

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Experience in Medical Surgical nursing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Electronic Medical Records

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working night shift in a hospital or clinical setting
