Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, onsite, rotating shifts (3x12-hour days)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric patients in the PICU, including those on ECMO, CRRT, and other complex therapies
• Monitor and support critically ill children with medical and surgical diagnoses, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Document patient status and care activities accurately in electronic health records
• Adapt to varying patient ratios and unit needs, including floating within scope

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of PICU nursing experience
• Valid South Carolina or multi-state/compact RN license
• BLS and PALS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
• Ability to work 3x12-hour shifts, including weekends and holiday requirements
• Willingness to float within scope as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ECMO, CRRT, and other complex pediatric supportive therapies
• Prior travel nursing experience
