Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, overnight (night shifts), 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Perform inpatient EEG testing for adult and pediatric patients, including routine, long-term, and continuous EEGs
• Monitor patients during live EEG recordings in inpatient and EMU settings
• Assist with epilepsy surgery procedures such as SEEG, cortical mapping, and WADA testing
• Maintain and troubleshoot EEG equipment, ensuring proper setup and safety
• Support the neurophysiology team with daily activations, skin checks, and wire management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality neuro-monitoring services

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of EEG technologist experience in adult ICU, EMU, pediatric ICU, or pediatric EMU settings
• Valid R. EEG T credential
• South Carolina RN license or eligibility to apply (preferred)
• Ability to work night shifts, including holidays and weekends as needed
• Willingness to float between inpatient units, including facility-specific locations (e.g., MUSC Charleston)

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Certification in CLTM (Certified LTM Technician or equivalent)
• Prior experience with epilepsy monitoring units, SEEG, cortical mapping, and neurovascular procedures
• Experience working in high-acuity hospital environments

Additional Information
• Shift: Night (19:00 – 7:30)
• Travel compliance and RTO policies apply; candidates must include RTO requests at submission
• Local candidates prioritized; candidates within 60 miles considered at a reduced rate
• Hurricane season may require emergency response duties from staff
• Candidate must have or be able to obtain South Carolina licensure prior to start
