• Full-time, Days, 4 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing therapy services to patients.
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities to support patient recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress according to established protocols.
• Support patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patient sessions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care.
Required Qualifications
• Current certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Prior experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work 8.5-hour shifts on dayshift schedule.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with pediatric or adult therapy populations.
• Familiarity with documentation and patient record systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
